Kittale sippe gojju is made with orange peel and served with plain rice. In addition to amazing aroma of orange, this dish tastes tangy, sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter. This is a quite unique, simple, and easy recipe.
Important: While making this gojju it is very important to wash the orange peel thoroughly under running water, and then soak them in salt water for about 30 minutes, if you have not already done so when eating fruit. This is necessary to remove chemicals to certain extent.
